Our KaiPod learning pods are located in Arizona, Florida, and New Hampshire. You can find information about all of our locations on our Find Your Pod page.

Simply fill out the form above or on our Get Started page. After you complete the form, you will see a link to schedule an info session. Find a time that works well for you and complete the scheduling form. For your convenience, our 1: info sessions are held virtually on Zoom as a personal conversation to learn more about your family's needs. You can join the info sessions from a computer or your mobile phone.

We intentionally designed KaiPod to be very flexible. You can choose a part-time or full-time enrollment plan (from 2 to 5 days per week). Please visit our learning pod location page to see pod details specific your location.

We offer flexible plans and pricing varies by location. Please view your local KaiPod Learning pod page to see pricing in your area.
Scholarships are available based on financial need. Depending on your state, you may be able to use your Education Savings Account (ESA) or state scholarship funds towards KaiPod Learning fees.

The length of our learning pod enrollment process is completely up to you. From the moment you fill out our Get Started form, you can schedule a personal Zoom info session as early as the next day. After the info session, we usually send you the enrollment form within a day or two.
